Zoe Batson

With a BSc and certification as a Personal Trainer, Zoe Batson brings passion, experience, and purpose to everything she does. A lifelong athlete, Zoe has competed in numerous obstacle races and proudly qualified to take on the challenge of Spain’s first-ever Ninja Warrior.

Her coaching philosophy goes beyond aesthetics — while weight loss and toning matter, Zoe believes the true goal of the fitness industry should be building a strong, functional foundation from an early age.

Zoe is the driving force behind NEO Fit Pro, where she teaches and mentors the next generation of fitness professionals. She currently leads students aged 17+ through the NASM Certified Personal Trainer course, blending real-world experience with a deep love for education.

As the co-founder and owner of NEO Gym, alongside her partner Steve Walker, Zoe continues to inspire clients and coaches alike with her energy, expertise, and dedication to helping others grow stronger — inside and out.
